Photo50 is a guest-curated exhibition of contemporary photography featuring fifty works. It is located within London Art Fair on Gallery Level 2 and provides a critical showcase of some of the most interesting and distinctive elements of current photographic practice.

For the 2015 edition of the Fair we welcomed Sheyi Bankale as curator, with an exhibition entitled 'Against Nature'.

'Against Nature’ presented an exhibition posed more as a series of questions than answers, that considered what it is to look at and display a photograph and how a photograph can become elevated to the status of an object, act or intervention.

The exhibition took its title from the novel ‘Against Nature’ by Joris-Karl Huysmans and explored the possibilities of how we relate to renewed storytelling within the photographic medium, blurring the boundary between the tangible object and the aesthetic plain.
