Supporting Information details:
1. Images
Galleries applying to London Art Fair should include 3 images of each of their proposed artists with their online application for the Selection Committee to review. Galleries that participated in the 2023 edition only need to send images for new artists that they would like to propose to the Fair
All images need to be uploaded as jpeg or .gif, Resolution: 72 dpi and file size should not exceed 3 MB.
Pleasure ensure that each caption includes the following information: gallery name, artist, title, medium, date and dimensions.
2. Gallery Profile
- The history of the gallery
- The list of art fair participation since 2020
- Images of previous stand designs at Art Fairs
- The list of exhibitions held at the gallery and online over the last 2 years
- List of the gallery’s artists
3. Stand Design
Image or pdf illustrating artists names, artworks and display that you envision for your participation in the Fair. For guidelines on measurements of stands please click here.
If your gallery has participated in the Fair previously and is applying for the same stand then no stand design is required. If you have previously participated but are requesting a change of location then we would request you forward a stand design so the committee can give the request due consideration.
