London Art Fair is the UK’s premier Modern British and contemporary art fair.
Established in 1988, the Fair encompasses over 100 rigorously selected galleries presenting the very finest in Modern British and international contemporary art.
Celebrating the launch of the art world year, the 29th edition of London Art Fair welcomed a significant cross section of Modern British and contemporary galleries, showcasing both established and emerging artists from across the globe. Maintaining our increased international reach with new exhibitors from Europe, Asia, and the Americas; the Fair also reaffirmed the strength of its solid London platform, attracting an engaged collector base and audience.
Strong marketing and key partnerships ensure we deliver a steady flow of visitors and serious, targeted collectors for our exhibiting galleries. Visitors include major collectors and representatives from public and private institutions – museums, galleries and corporate collections – together with well-informed individuals who buy regularly from the Fair.

We are now inviting applications for the 30th anniversary edition of London Art Fair in January 2018.
The Fair Committee will meet to review applications and allocate main Fair stands from June with the final exhibitor list announced at the start of October.
If your application is successful the following fees apply:
The Main Fair stand rate for London Art Fair 2018 are £352 +VAT/pm2 (Ground floor & Mezzanine) and £345 +VAT/ pm2 (Gallery level). To see what’s included in this stand price click here.
Before completing an application, we would like to draw your attention to our Conditions of Participation and make you aware that a mandatory, non-refundable application fee of £150 incl. VAT is due with each main Fair application. If your application is successful, £100 incl. VAT, of this fee will be offset against the cost of your stand.

After completing the online application, you will automatically be linked to the appropriate email to send three images by each of your proposed artists for the Committee to review.
Those galleries that participated in the 2017 edition of the Fair need only send images for the new artists they wish to exhibit.
Please ensure that the images you forward comply with the following specifications:
- Format: .jpeg or .gif
- Resolution: 72 dpi
- Image size: 600 pixels wide
- File size should not exceed 1 MB
- All images should be numbered and include both the gallery’s name and artist’s name
- Each email must not exceed 8MB
A numbered list of images MUST be included in the email. Please include the following information in this list: image number, gallery, artist, title, medium, date and dimensions.

Please note transparencies, photographs and catalogues will not be considered.
You should also email CVs for each of the new artists included in your application and a hanging plan for your proposed stand presentation to the same email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
