Exhibitor Registration 2024

All personnel working at London Art Fair will be required to carry an Exhibitor Pass for security purposes. Whether you have exhibited with us previously or are a new exhibitor, it is essential for you to complete this online.

Online registration for your gallery team is now open.

NEW FOR 2024:  

– Photos will not be required for London Art Fair Exhibitor Passes this year. Instead we ask for you to bring your own photographic ID such as your passport or your drivers licence with you in order to gain access to and from the artwork storage areas for security purposes.  

You must complete your exhibitor badge registration in advance of the event as we you will not be able to do this onsite.  Please submit the form for all members of staff on your stand by Friday 22 December.

Your whole set of exhibitor passes for your stand will be available for collection onsite at the Fair and will not be delivered to you in advance. We strongly advise you register as soon as possible.

Badges will be available for collection from the SEE Tickets Box Office onsite during build.

Exhibitor Registration will stay open for the duration of the event; however, we encourage exhibitors to have completed their orders in advance of attendance. To avoid any delays onsite please ensure you have registered for your passes before Friday 9 December.

Badges will be available for collection from the SEE Tickets Box Office onsite during build.

Your whole set of exhibitor passes for your stand will be posted to the main contact at the Delivery Address entered on the form. Any passes requested after Friday 9 December may have to be collected onsite at the Fair. We strongly advise you register as soon as possible.
