Compass Gallery, founded in 1969, is one of Scotland's longest established contemporary art galleries. It is particularly renowned for its support of emerging new talent. A not-for-profit charity, it presents a programme of monthly changing exhibitions of paintings, drawings, prints, sculpture and ceramics by Scottish Contemporaries showing alongside established Modern Masters. It has a successful track record of launching the careers of some of the best known names on the Scottish Contemporary Art Scene, and for introducing for the first time to Scotland, well known British artists who have never previously exhibited north of the border. The gallery has facilitated acquisitions into numerous public and private collections throughout the UK and internationally.

Gerber Fine Art established in 1983 features prominent 19th to 21st century British artists including works by the Glasgow School, Scottish Colourists, 20th Century Scottish Masters and established Modern British artists. It exhibits paintings by Joan Eardley and her contemporaries. Numerous public collections have made important acquisitions over the years including Tate Britain; The Fleming Collection; Glasgow Museums & Art Galleries; Aberdeen Art Gallery; Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art and The Hunterian Art Gallery & Museum, University of Glasgow Collection. We regularly place works into important private collections across the UK and internationally.
