WIZARD GALLERY is a contemporary art gallery showing more than 30 innovative and international artists. Founded in 2005 in Milan and in London.
The gallery started under the name of Federico Luger (FL GALLERY) and was renamed WIZARD GALLERY in 2020.
WIZARD has done more than 80 shows since its inception, the artists have won twice the Golden Lion of the Venice Biennale and are included in numerous public collections like MoMA NY, POMPIDOU Paris, MOCA, LACMA, PEREZ MUSEUM Miami, LUDWING MUSEUM, MAXXI of Rome, CAB DE BURGOS, REINA SOFIA Madrid among other institutions and as well in many private collections.
Since its opening, (FL GALLERY, now WIZARD GALLERY) collaborates with important museums and both national and international Institutions. Among the most recent collaborations stand out: MAXXI, Rome; Centro San Fedele, Milano; Palazzo Fortuny, Venice; Mart, Rovereto; MoMA, NY; Ludwig Museum, Budapest; Museo Ettore Fico, Torino.
The gallery has participated in international art fairs like: Artissima, MiArt, Expo Geneva, Expo Chicago, Art Monte-Carlo, Bologna Art Fair, Zona MACO, Untitled Miami, Untitled San Francisco, PINTA London, Pinta Miami, Paris PHOTO among others. Winning the Artists Awards of the Fairs in ARCO 2008, Artissima 2019 and Art Verona 2020
As well, WIZARD GALLERY takes a proactive role driving change in society with activities that include book presentations and talks, interviews, site specific project rooms, studio visits and special projects related to a variety of current themes like gender equality, sustainability and international affairs with projects like United Artists for Ukraine in collaboration with other galleries and institutions.
