Supporting Information for Art Projects

After completing the online application, you will receive an email from us reminding you of all the Supporting Information that you need to send us.

In order for your application to be considered by the Selection Committee, all the supporting information must be received by London Art Fair team by Wednesday 15 July 2020.

Supporting Information details:

1. Images

Galleries applying with a solo show project should email 6 images of your proposed artist’s work whilst galleries applying with a group show project should email 3 images of each of their proposed artists. These images will be reviewed by the Selection Committee to review.

All images need to be labelled with accurate captions or accompanied by a captions list document. Ensure that each caption includes the following information: gallery name, artist, title, medium, date and dimensions. All images need to be sent as a comprised folder attachment or via WeTransfer.

2. Gallery Profile and Project Description

• The history of the gallery
• Project Description that includes curatorial idea and artists names (500 words max)
• The list of art fair participation since 2017
• Images of previous stand designs at Art Fairs
• The list of exhibitions held at the gallery in 2019 and in 2020

3. Stand Design

Image or pdf illustrating artists names, artworks and display that you envision for your participation for the Fair. For guidelines on measurements of stands please click here.

4. Artists CVs 

Word document or pdf including all the CVs of your proposed artists.
